TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings & Payment

A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot. Your date is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. Bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible and I'll do my best to find a new date that works. Retainers are non refundable but can be transferred to a new date within a reasonable timeframe.

Weddings

Wedding bookings reserve your date exclusively, meaning I won't accept another booking for the same day once confirmed. Timelines, locations, and any second shooter requirements should be finalised at least two weeks prior to the wedding date.

Corporate & Commercial Work

For corporate, commercial, and event bookings, any specific deliverables, usage rights, and turnaround expectations will be confirmed in writing prior to the shoot. Additional time on site outside the agreed scope will be billed accordingly.

Image Delivery

Galleries are delivered privately via Pic-Time within the agreed turnaround time, typically 24 hours to 7 days depending on the scope of the shoot. Highlight reels and video content are delivered via Pic-Time within the agreed turnaround time of 14 business days.

Copyright & Usage

I retain copyright of all images and video as the photographer/videographer. Clients receive a licence to use delivered images and video for personal or business use as agreed at time of booking. Commercial clients requiring extended usage rights (advertising, resale, etc) should confirm this in advance, as it may affect pricing.

Liability

While every care is taken during shoots, Shots by Jez is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during a shoot outside of reasonable photographer control. In the rare event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery, a full refund of monies paid will be offered.

Model Release & Third Parties

For events, weddings, and corporate shoots, guests and attendees may appear incidentally in photos or video. It is the client's responsibility to inform relevant parties that photography and videography will be taking place.
